FireEye has expanded its managed detection and response (MDR) service offerings to include the FireEye Managed Defence Nights and Weekends, and FireEye Managed Defence for Endpoint Security.

Security threats continue to evolve, yet many organisations remain reliant on reactive security solutions due to a lack of available resources. FireEye Managed Defence combines investigative experience and intelligence to detect threats early and help prevent security incidents.

“Customer needs continue to evolve along with the threat landscape and we now offer service options from a full managed defence program, including comprehensive network, email, and endpoint protection; seamless endpoint alert management, investigation and response; or supplemental night and weekend coverage. Whatever the customer needs, Managed Defence has the right service and product combination to best secure their organisation,” said Marshall Heilman, senior vice president, Managed Defence and TORE, FireEye.

FireEye Managed Defence Nights and Weekends delivers off hours threat protection for organisations looking to gain 24x7 coverage without additional staffing overhead and is ideal for enterprises with 8x5 security operations centres (SOC).

FireEye Managed Defence for Endpoint Security combines the detection capabilities of FireEye Endpoint Security, with the investigation and response capabilities provided by Managed Defence, to offering a more comprehensive Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platform.
