NetApp and NVIDIA have partnered to develop new architecture to ensure data availability for AI and machine learning solutions.
The NetApp ONTAP AI proven architecture, combines NVIDIA DGX processing with NetApp AFF A800 cloud-connected all-flash storage to simplify, accelerate, and scale the data pipeline across edge, core and cloud for deep learning deployments

The combination of the world's most powerful GPU solutions with the world's fastest and most cloud-connected flash systems and software creates a seamless data pipeline across edge, core and cloud, the company says.
This pipeline integrates diverse, dynamic, and distributed data sources, and gives users complete control and protection. With massive processing power and capacity, ONTAP AI removes performance bottlenecks and enables secure, non-disruptive access to data from multiple sources and data formats.
The system allows organisations to easily deploy a trusted architecture to get started on AI projects more quickly, with a highly scalable, high availability solution.
